Throughout 2023, Forethought allocated 12 fulltime colleagues to understand how the GENERATIVE aspect of artificial intelligence could be applied to marketing communications and marketing research. Along the way we appointed an Advisory Board of technical and marketing luminaries led by global marketing leader, Tony Palmer. In 2024 we raised that investment by a further 50%. Search “synthetic data” and you will find endless opinions. Instead, Forethought has undertaken paired research studies where human data is compared to synthetic data in actual marketing research studies. And only Forethought has mastered the retrieval augmented generation (RAG) element of large language models to produce creative that is routinely outperforming human creativity.
