Interesting survey today, commercial property rebuilt around 2016, client thoughts was suspected rising dampness. Now on first inspection it did have the hallmarks… tide line, salt contamination, high readings from the skirting etc A wee bit of detective work later, no rising dampness but salt contamination on the plaster for another much less savoury reason!
