It fills me is sadness to have to come back and post here again. DTDC Express Limited even after 2 weeks, countless email and unanswered customer care calls - there is no resolution. Not only did the company's lapse in delivery basic services but also made fake "day assured" promises for which we, the customer, paid 3x premium. Monetary loss caused by the delay is something that we an eventually recoup but what about the loss of goodwill? We demand a resolution and reimbursement for the damages. #accountability #badcustomerservice

It is really saddening when companies have 0 #accountability. DTDC has turned off their comment section because customers ask for update they have not received. Last week, we received a very large order and our team rallied to have it dispatched using the "premium" day assured delivery from DTDC Express Limited. We paid 3x of the regular amount and were assured 2 day delivery. Alas, it is 6 days later and they have still not delivered the same. Their customer care is just short of abusive, their executives on ground cavalier and rather rude and the company overall unreachable. We have garnered a huge loss due to the lack of answers from #DTDC. I normally am not one for calling out bad behaviour in business but this is out right exploitation. #logistics #badcustomerservice
