Travelling to the European Federation of Food Science and Technology 2024 conference in Bruges! Looking forward to meet many friends and get updated on recent developments in the food chain. This conference there are many highlights linked to the projects I am involved in. My main activities will be to:  ➡ give a presentation on Wednesday morning for the TITAN Project EU, entitled: Digital with Purpose: Innovating for Sustainable Food Chains, ➡ co-chair a closed workshop for #FoodPaths project in collaboration with The Good Food Institute Europe, where a selected group of participants will discuss the future perspectives of Novel Technologies for Protein Production, ➡ co-chair a workshop for CATALYSE Project EU, entitled: What Are the Most Pressing Issues in the Field of Food Safety and What Is the Potential of New Approaches to Solve them.
