When adopting new got to market strategies and sales motions many organizations turn to out of the box training programs to up-skill their teams. Unfortunately training (whether in person or virtual) only provides 10% of the learning required to create sustainable change and results. Without practice and application money invested in training is wasted. If we really value our people and are truly invested in helping them realize their full potential, organizations must take an application centric approach which helps individuals utilize skills where they create the most value...in their day-to-day jobs.
