Here are three valuable tips to focus on Learning and Development in our daily business, not only during October, but in the fast pace everyday life.
1. Learning share - Start your meetings by taking a couple of minutes to share a business topic that people can learn from you. By sharing our insights, we can leverage the collective competence within our team.
2. Dedicate time for formal learning - Invest time in yourself and schedule time for learning in your calendar. Maybe an article, an e-course or a webinar. What about an AI-course?
3. Learning reflection – Spend a couple of minutes and reflect on what you have learned in the last week. With today’s fast-paced environment, I can promise you that you most likely have learned a lot in your daily work. Every week. Every day.
