It’s wild to me how a small three minute practice has given me an entirely new perspective on biz and life… The last week I’ve taken to writing down the big mission and vision, along with a few current goals each morning! Simple AF And Impactful AF It’s allowed me to notice where: ✅ Actions aren’t aligned, ✅ Where I’m smashing it, ✅ Where I can dig deeper, You bet I’m going to start suggesting this practice to my people when we work together! It’s so easy to get lost and pulled from the path if we’re not careful and aware of where we’d like to go! In the last week alone I’ve: 👉 Cancelled a membership that no longer serves me, 👉 Noticed the gaps in how I speak about my process, 👉 Felt connected to the bigger picture with each day, noticing that I ask myself is ______ helping me create what I desire, 👉 Noticed how much I’ve stopped connecting to people, All little things that were completely outside of my awareness until I sat with it!
