The phase III KEYNOTE-A18 trial reports extended survival with the addition of pembrolizumab to concurrent #chemoradiotherapy (CRT) in locally advanced #CervicalCancer, and supports this strategy as a new standard of care in patients with high-risk disease. Data from a second interim analysis presented at #ESMO24 showed that while median OS was not reached in either arm, the 36-month OS rate was significantly improved with pembrolizumab plus CRT versus CRT alone. We recently reported updated durability data from the Heart-1 clinical trial of VERVE-101 at #ESGCT.
