𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙖 𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙊𝙑𝙄𝘿'𝙨 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣! The Knowlton's Potential: Once a stagnant building in Bridgeport, the Knowlton stood far from its potential until the concept of vision changed everything for me. My friend Shiran Nicholson's dream to transform it into a vibrant hub for creativity and community gatherings was a wake-up call to the power of vision. Visionary Transformation: With Shiran, the Knowlton wasn't just a building; it was a canvas for endless possibilities. Inspired by places like the Wynwood Walls in Miami, he envisioned it as a modern, industrial space for events and artist havens. Challenges and Resilience: The journey wasn't easy. Closing on the Knowlton right before COVID struck would present unprecedented challenges nearly eight weeks after getting the keys. Yet, Shiran's visionary qualities shone through, turning obstacles into opportunities. 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆: 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: → 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵. Shiran's response to adversity and his embodiment of these qualities not only allowed him to thrive but also significantly impacted my understanding of vision. The Knowlton is one of the top destination places in all of Connecticut for special events. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙗𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝?

Directorate of Urban Land Transport - While #paris used temporary measures to demonstrate benefits and to accelerate change, #bengaluru is doing quite the opposite. If somebody in your organisation is reading this (I hope someone does) please answer the following: * Why is #ChurchStreet not fully #pedestrianised despite the success of the pilot project two years ago ? * Why is the #ActiveMobilityBill not yet legislated despite clear public support from all parts of #karnataka ?
