AVs vs EVs - What’s the difference? While most AVs on the road today are also electric, it's important to recognize that they are two separate technologies. The autonomous technology can be applied to any type of vehicle, not just electric ones. Many companies have chosen to use electric vehicles for their autonomous technology due to practical fleet considerations. EVs have already revolutionized transportation as we know it. What do you think the future holds for AV’s? #AVs #EVs #TransportationTechnology #Innovation.

Another engaging session at the Easton Technology Management Center’s Tech and Society conference today! I had the privilege of attending a fireside chat with NVIDIA’s Wei Luo (VP of Autonomous Vehicles) and Sagar Pande (Founder of Blaze Power). It was fascinating to delve into the rapid development of Autonomous Vehicles, the future of mobility, and NVIDIA’s role in shaping it. During the discussion, the speakers highlighted the industry's concerted effort to embrace green energy to facilitate the rise of electric and autonomous vehicles. One key takeaway was the emphasis on safety in the design of Autonomous Vehicles, not just cost reduction, as they have the ability to react quicker than humans, making them inherently safer. Exciting times ahead as we await the evolution of this space and the accelerated integration of more Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) and Electric Vehicles (EVs) on our roads. #TechAndSociety #AutonomousVehicles #EVs #FutureOfMobility #Innovation #GreenEnergy
