Over the past decade, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has witnessed a remarkable rise in female labor force participation, to around 36% last year. At the same time, female unemployment dropped significantly. But there’s more work to be done to enable this talent pool to access the opportunities ahead. According to Henley and Partners' annual Private Wealth Migration Report 2024, more than 6,700 wealthy migrants are set to make the UAE their home by the end of 2024.

Inauguration and handover of of six High Impact Community Developments Projects, implemented from grant assistance from India 4. This is an important message not only for the Emirates but for the world, not to forget about humanity and wise coexistence with nature in our actions. This is an important message which also includes counteracting disproportions (especially economic ones) that threaten cooperation, neighborly relations and which give rise to conflicts. This also applies to not being addicted to consumption, to produce wisely, not to deplete resources through poor resource management, to think long-term, looking far into the future, knowing that what we do today affects what will come. The wise leadership of the UAE does not stop being creative and innovative in developing the government work system until the UAE government is the most efficient and flexible government in the world. In this context, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, “may God protect him”, launched on November 8, 2023, the “Zero government bureaucracy” program. The program seeks to simplify and reduce government procedures and eliminate unnecessary procedures and requirements. Ministries and government agencies were directed to immediately implement the program by canceling at least 2,000 government procedures, reducing at least 50% of the time periods for procedures, and eliminating all unnecessary conditions and requirements within a year. The results of the work will be evaluated and the best achievements will be celebrated by the end of 2024.
