Halfway through your summer internship and you're wondering how do I finish as strong as I start it? Well, don't worry, I have 3 easy tips for you. The first would be to keep a journal. Write down what you like about the role and what you don't like. Also write down what you like about the company and what you don't like about the company's super important. Keep the names and contact information of different people that you've met throughout the summer in this journal so if you need to connect with them during the school year, you're able to. The second would be to touch base with your manager, see if there's different work you'll be work you can be working on. So this way your learning as much as you can in the 10 weeks or eight weeks that you're doing your summer internship. And the third would be network, network, network. Ask different people in your department to go for a coffee or a lunch or even go outside of your department. Maybe there's a group that you were interested in working, so maybe you can sit with that person for an hour or two. To learn about their position, have some fun, keep taking step forward on your professional journey, and finish that internship as strong as you start it.
