Deriving a Final inspection plan is intellectual activity, where you need to review you inprocess quality controls and customer assembly/Fitment requirements, some time called as AOI(agreement of inspection). example: if in your control plan each process checking frequency is 1in5 parts that means 20% parts will be inspected by operator and 1in10 for QC person then it is 10 % inspection almost 30%. so no need to go for IS 2500 sampling plan.I advise you must see your internal controls and AOI parameters which are CTQ,or KPC. this is my view, please advise
how to create quality inspection plan at final inspection stage with sampling plan? dear connection can you please share your views...
