Franklin University is pleased to announce its expanded articulation partnership with Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. This collaboration provides Penn Highlands students and alumni access to Franklin’s Pathway Portal—a tool designed to simplify the transfer process and maximize tuition dollars. Eligible students can transition from an associate degree to one of Franklin’s 28 bachelor’s programs at a discounted rate of $298 per credit hour, providing an affordable path to achieving their educational goals. Sabrina Lane, Transfer Services specialist at Penn Highlands, shared, “With the Pathway Portal, students can take an economical path to a Franklin bachelor’s degree, making the most of their credits.” Penn Highlands joins Franklin’s growing network of over 30 partner colleges dedicated to accessible, quality education for working adults.
