Despite the ongoing challenges women face in reaching top executive positions, ENGIE, led by CEO Catherine Fiamma MacGregor, remains the top-ranked woman-led company on the Fortune 500 Europe. There is a crucial need to advance female #leadership within our industry. According to a recent report by Fortune, the share of female CEOs running Fortune 500 Europe companies has dropped to 6.2%, down from 7% last year.
