Unprepared, obsolete, old school (and new...), NIMBY council planners be like... Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Angela Rayner, has just announced a new formula to be used by LPAs to calculate actual local housing demands, which will be the basis to set MANDATORY housing targets. I’m eager to see how the new numbers will affect Guildford Borough Council, what steps will be taken to implement these targets, and what measures the Government will put in place to oversee and enforce the policy. #development #land #planning #sempreproperty
