Yet there is great anxiety over the resort to the court system to judge the electoral integrity of elections. Why is this? A competent judiciary should be able to distinguish between accurate and coerced voting results. The EMB bureaucracies are riven with concealed conflicts of interest that the judiciary, at least, consciously makes an effort to distance itself from. Competitively-balanced trained scrutineers as witnesses coupled with high-level data analysis could provide sufficient evidence for timely judicial examination leading to a publicly available judgment and and a binding court order. Any further appeals would contest only procedural compliance. Given the necessity, prompt review and verdicts would proceed immediately. A judicial route is viable in the United States in particular given the high quality of its court system.
