This is customer advocacy. I invested in solar panels 🏠 and a battery 🔋 a few years ago. After a ton of research on which company to choose, I landed on Freedom Solar Power +Tesla Energy. It was a big investment for my home, so as we pay off our panels I, still, sometimes wonder whether or not it was a waste of our money. It wasn't/isn't. Tesla Energy's "unwrapped" showed us a recap of our usage; like how we saved nearly $1K on our utility bill, as we saved the most in August (can you believe?) 💸 And, our Tesla Archetype is the "Night Owl" 🦉 as our overnight self-powered hours were in the top 33% of Tesla Energy owners. This is such an out of the box and valuable marketing effort from the Tesla Energy team. ⚡️📦 As more brands jump on the "unwrapped" trend every year, it might loose its value – but this is a great starting place to think about how to engage your customers with an end of year recap while tapping into advocacy and awareness via UGC.
