So we're here in Medigene, Columbia, one of the hottest areas of town. It's called prevention. Now this city gets approximately 1.4 million tourists every single year. This is the center of town and Provenza. You're within two-minute walk from all the attractions, all the restaurants and everything. Transformations we are planning for this boutique hotel. So this used to be operated as a single unit rooms and what we're gonna do is we're actually converting it back into a big property for large groups. So we're gonna be able to host 16 plus people inside this property. The good thing is we have no restrictions. We have commercial zoning and we also have a hotel license. So even though we're operating as a single property, we're still covered as a hotel. And all this area up till here into that first bedroom is gonna be part that bakery Springs. Now this is gonna be. A total of three floors, this one being the bottom floor. Follow me and I'll show you here through these stairs. So in this space right here, it used to be a bedroom, but what we did was knock down that wall because this is all gonna be the commercial space. So we're gonna have a bakery or restaurant here that we're going to lease out to a tenant. Going to show you here through these stairs. Let's go. So this is all going to be extra bedrooms. This is actually the bottom floor. You can see it's a massive project. We're pretty much cutting everything out. And let's check out the third floor. And over here we have a couple more bedrooms. So nice view here. People are going to be able to see the terrace here. There's another of the bedrooms, so as I told you before, it's gonna be a total of 8 bedrooms. So this is going to be the highlight of the house with a Jacuzzi. We're gonna have all the seating area here, we're going to have string lights, and this is going to be pretty much the highlight of the house. Now, if you come over here, you can see we're ripping apart what used to be the old kitchen. You can see how big this project's going to be.

Wi-Fi in hotels: Where are the access points? How many are there? We've all seen - Wall mount - Ceiling mount (often not great if APs just in hallway ceilings) - Under desk... ...But the AP placement style seen here is getting more & more common, too. The placement also varies a lot by hotel brand and region. It can be even more than 1 per hotel room :) What are you seeing out there?
