▶NEW The TREGAI checklist to adessing Ethical Challenges of Generative AI in Healthcare Ning et al. reviewed ethical considerations of generative AI in healthcare, highlighting key gaps: (1) limited proposed solutions for ethical issues; (2) insufficient focus on ethical concerns beyond large language models, neglecting methods like GANs; (3) lack of standardized frameworks for addressing ethics; and (4) limited discussion on multimodal GenAI. To bridge these gaps, they developed the TREGAI checklist—a tool to help researchers, journals, and regulators ensure transparency in addressing ethical issues of GenAI in healthcare. #AI #Ethics #Healthcare The Lancet
