🎉 Celebrating 1 Year in the UK! 🎉 One year ago, we expanded beyond Australia and took our first steps into the UK market with big ambitions and an empty team. Today, we're proud to say we've built an incredible team who have been pivotal in driving our success across the UK 🌍🚗 We could not have launched without the passion and dedication from our CEO Tobi Pearce and our Australian team - Jill Staltari, Amanda Butler, Sara Siami, Charles Inglis, Vanessa Greenham, Josh Goodwin, Ross Rivalland, Jared Magee, Rahan Ali, Simon Strode, Andrew Rawlinson. Our UK crew has shown resilience, dedication, and passion—tackling every challenge and helping to spread the word about EzLicence far and wide. We couldn't have come this far without their hard work and commitment. This first year has been a journey of growth, learning, and milestones, and we’re just getting started. We’re excited for what the future holds and can’t wait to achieve even more together. UK Crew: Joe Parry, Jamie Stow, Lewis Foster, Sean McConnell, Ali Rajabi 🙏🏽 Here’s to many more milestones and the continued success of our UK team! 🚀 #EzLicence #UKExpansion #Teamwork #Growth #DrivingSuccess #Anniversary #Celebration #Innovation

Celebrating Dussehra with the Team: Why It Matters More Than You Think It’s easy to get caught up in day-to-day tasks and deadlines, but moments like these remind us of something deeper: Our roots. Dussehra is more than a festival — it’s a time to reconnect with who we are. Celebrating it with my team wasn’t just about tradition. It was about embracing diversity, building a sense of belonging, and strengthening our bonds. Here’s why I think it’s essential to celebrate such moments with your team: 1. Cultural Pride: Being proud of where you come from empowers you, but also teaches you to respect other cultures. 2. Team Unity: When we share in celebrations, we share more than moments. We create lasting connections. 3. Stronger Bonds: Taking time to step back, celebrate, and reflect creates trust and camaraderie. It doesn’t matter where you come from — what matters is how we grow together. Have you celebrated your roots with your team lately? How did it impact your bond?

Everise has a 4.6 Glassdoor rating with over 16,000 reviews! To me, this rating isn’t just a number; it’s a mirror reflecting our culture and how we’re doing as leaders. At Everise, culture isn’t about flashy perks or fancy offices. It’s about creating an environment where every voice is heard and which is free from office politics and bureaucracy. When I started Everise, I aimed to build a culture rooted in genuine empathy, where people are excited to come to work, grow, and even recommend us to their friends. I’m incredibly proud to share that over 70% of our new hires last year came through referrals, 3,500 amazing individuals who joined us because our current team members advocated for us. :) Seeing this kind of employee advocacy reflected in our Glassdoor rating and in the rising share of employee referrals is truly rewarding. A huge shout-out to our fantastic leaders and everyone who makes Everise such a great place to be. Each year Stenz employees nominate their coworkers for three different awards which we announce at our holiday party. Big shout out to this year’s winners! 🏆 Rooted & Relational: Bryan Yeisley 🏆Confident & Creative: Katy Smith 🏆Adaptable & Accountable: Kandy Gleason Rooted & Relational This employee spends their days building strong relationships with the person they encounter inside and outside of our company. Their teammates speak highly of them and their clients/tenants love working with them. They use their contacts to help bring about the best outcome in any situation and always know the right person to go to with any challenge. Confident and Creative This employee doesn’t see problems, only opportunities to do something in a new and creative way. Maybe they revitalized an internal process or came up with a cost-saving solution for a client. You know that no project this team member works on will be the same old, same old but instead something that makes our lives easier, makes something pop a little more or saves us time or money. Adaptable & Accountable Key member of the team is one way to describe this employee. You know they’ll show up day in and day out and do an excellent job on any project. You rest easy knowing they are part of the team and that you can count on them to go above and beyond. #constructionmanager #constructionmanagment #generalcontractor #generalcontracting #propertymanagement #facitlitymaintenance #indianapolisgeneralcontractor #indianapolisconstructionmanager #commercialconstruction

At TAJCO, we recognise that DEI isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a fundamental aspect of our organisation. We believe that fostering a diverse workforce, creating an environment of trust, and promoting representation are essential for our success. Implementing DEI initiatives is not easy. It requires commitment, persistence, and a collective effort from everyone at TAJCO. We embrace this challenge because we know that a diverse and inclusive workplace leads to innovation, creativity, and better decision-making. DEI must be championed from the top! Our Group Management Team aligns their focus and targets to prioritise DEI. By leading by example, they set the tone for the entire organisation. We believe that when leaders actively support DEI, it permeates throughout the company culture. We’ve initiated mandatory DEI training that covers the basics. This comprehensive program includes two parts: - E-Learning: Accessible to all employees, this online training provides foundational knowledge about DEI principles. - On-Site Workshops: Tailored to the needs of wage earners, these workshops foster understanding, empathy, and actionable steps. Our goal? To influence every individual at TAJCO. Just as Catherine Mulvey highlighted in her DEI interview, we encourage employees to proactively engage with equity and inclusion concepts. Constructive dialogue, questioning, and confidence-building are essential. We’re committed to creating a safe environment where everyone can “speak up” and contribute to our collective growth. #weareTAJCO #automotive #DEI #diversity #equity #inclusion #culture

"𝑳𝒍𝒆𝒈ó 𝒍𝒂 𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒂 𝒅𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒈𝒂𝒓 𝒍𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂" Today, a few days late, is a day of farewells, as well as one of gratitude and reflection. After almost a year and a half, as part of ZKTeco (ZKTeco Europe) as 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, the time has come to close this chapter and, literally as explained in Spanish, 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘮𝘺 𝘡𝘒 𝘫𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘵 to face new challenges. I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank the company and this position for everything they have offered me, although I have already personally thanked each of you for your part in my professional journey. Over this time, I've had the honor of working with an amazing group of professionals from whom I've learned not only about products, technologies, services, and the company's ecosystem, but also, I've gained invaluable 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴. Of course, it hasn't always been an easy road: like any experience, I've had my share of difficult moments, faced complex process, and overcome differences... But the lessons taken from each challenge, whether positive or not, are something I carry with me and greatly value. It's also true that, when challenges are faced with your colleagues and even friends, it always becomes more memorable. As I mentioned in my internal farewell: ✉️ "𝘖𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘪𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘩𝘰𝘮 𝘐’𝘷𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵. Thank you, ZKTeco Europe, for this unforgettable chapter, and thanks to so many names that come to my mind Now it's time for what's next; I'm ready to take on new challenges and experiences. #Despedida #NuevosRetos #CrecimientoPersonal #Agradecimiento #Farewell #NewChallenges #ProfessionalGrowth #Gratitude #ZKTeco #TechnicalSupport
