💥 #Germany #eInvoicing timelines are now confirmed: The Bundesrat has just approved the "Growth Opportunities Act", which includes the timelines for domestic B2B eInvoicing. Here is how I understand them: 📧 01/01/2025: All businesses must be able to receive domestic B2B eInvoices 📧 01/01/2025 - 31/12/2026: Option to send either paper or eInvoices (with the consent of the recipient) 📧 01/01/2027: Companies with a turnover >€800k in the previous year -> mandatory eInvoices for domestic B2B 📧 From 01/01/2028: All others (some exceptions remain, e.g. low value invoices). They didn’t like Aetna. When I used to work for a PEO, I realized that I had one solution and only one. If a prospect didn’t like the carrier or the quote didn’t make sense - it was over for me. Or if the underwriters didn't like the group, it's over. As a PEO broker, it’s never over. If you don’t like a particular carrier, it's no problem; 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹. Quote doesn’t make sense I have 10-15 more behind it. If you’re working at a PEO and generating business and can’t write it. We can. Let’s talk.
