🌿 NET-ZERO MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IN THE EU A new study offers a detailed picture of the EU’s net-zero manufacturing industry. Redox #FlowBatteries are included in the report and mentioned several times! "New battery technologies are emerging, such as sodium-ion (NA-ion) and redox-flow (RFB), which do not require critical raw materials, are safer, and potentially cheaper. The JRC (EU Science, Research and Innovation) expects their role to increase significantly". The report is based on 2 key components: 1) a detailed mapping of the manufacturing capacity for selected net-zero technologies in all EU countries 2) an in-depth analysis of the existing policies and incentives that support the scaling up of manufacturing capacities at a national level. These grades differ in IPA (isopropyl alcohol) content, which impacts crystallization rates, melting points, and processing performance. 💡𝐃𝐒𝐂: 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐏𝐀 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 The system utilizes a pipeline reactor to directly introduce IPA into the first polymerization reactor. This innovation reduces the changeover time from the traditional 5-8 hours to just 0.5-1 hour, significantly boosting production efficiency and shortening delivery timelines. The DSC Central Control System ensures precise control of IPA ratios through real-time data feedback and automated adjustments. This guarantees accurate mixing and stable production, ultimately improving economic efficiency while maintaining consistent PET quality.
