1wHello, my name is Te'Erica Skelton 404-834-1622. My bag was lost on a flight I took almost a month ago from Boston to Atlanta. I was told I was getting a phone call from headquarters 3 days after baggage claim at the airport had me sitting there for 3-4 hours Thanksgiving Day to receive my little "reimbursement 3-day check" that barely scratched the surface for the items I had to replace from that bag. It was a family bag filled for a mom, her two young daughters and husband. No one has even asked what was in the bag to get the value of the bag. If I do not receive a phone call with in 24 hours I will have to start the suing process. This is very insensitive and unprofessional.
