Manioc leaves, also known as cassava leaves, are the foliage of the cassava plant (Manihot esculenta). These leaves are commonly used as a vegetable in various cuisines, particularly in African, Asian, and Latin American countries. Nutritional Benefits: • Manioc leaves are rich in protein, vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium. • They also contain antioxidants and have been traditionally used for their medicinal properties. Culinary Uses: • In many countries, manioc leaves are cooked and served with rice or other staples. • Popular dishes that include manioc leaves are saka saka in Central and West Africa and umbi singang in Indonesia. • The leaves must be thoroughly cooked, as they contain cyanogenic compounds that are toxic if consumed raw. Cooking or fermenting them properly neutralizes these toxins.

Microgreen, the nutrient miracle 💚🌱 A glass of my green drink contains the nutrients of SIX micro green salads 🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱 Microgreen is the small seed that develops in germ stages. Why is microgreen so healthy? Already in the germination process, valuable nutrients and enzymes awaken and take over the first digestive steps and thus relieve the human intestine. Depending on the variety, microgreen contains many times more ingredients than conventional vegetables. For example, chlorophyll (the green dye) is produced by photosynthesis. This dye is good for the intestines and skin and is rich in antioxidants. Positive effects on health can be: ⦁ antibacterial ⦁ digestive ⦁ Concentration-promoting ⦁ muscle and bone strengthening ⦁ antioxidant So there are as many nutrients in my favorite green drink as in SIX salads made from germinated vegetables. That's unique 💚 Here are a few examples of what exactly is inside: 🌱Cereal grasses (ice lace with rice germ, pre- sprouted barley powder, wheat grass and oat grass juice powder), which provide vitality and vitamins of the E-group in the rice germs provide protection of the cells and vessels. 🌱Spirulina, the microalgae has a very high content of amino acids, minerals, vitamins (B vitamins for nerves and blood) 🌱Alfalfa and the juice of young carrots are filling. The body is supplied with a power food. My green drink is nutritious, filling and of high raw food quality. By the way, you don't lose your face when enjoying this green drink ☺️ It tastes delicious! Sweet and slightly berry 🫐 If you are curious and want to try to feed yourself "plant-based", then the first step is to add this green drink to your menu 🌾 Maybe eating habits that are „not so healthy“ will change over time! I will be happy to provide more information. Please message me✨ Love&Light 💖✨ Simo✨ Hi, I am Simone. I’m a starseed ✨ and my frequency is LOVE 💖 #microgreens #sproutsinaglass #chlorophyll
