The most intriguing strategic use of AI that I've heard of lately goes like this: We develop AI and AI-related processes to support people in performing best in the most human aspects of the process. Removing the routine and simplistic parts of the job frees up the time to focus on the most creative or strategic work. Then look at the next most routine aspects and remove those. Rinse and repeat until we find those processes which the computers and robots cannot perform. Thus, the use of technology makes us the most human we can be.
While it is not a perfect strategy, it is a solid techno-optimist perspective and worth developing into industrial practice. This iterative and innovation-oriented process allows us to discover tasks that only humans can perform, emphasizing our unique capabilities. The strategic use of AI to enhance human creativity and strategic thinking is truly fascinating. #AI #Technology #HumanCreativity #Innovation
