Our client #Wavin, had a strong #SafetyPerformance, with an #LTIR of 0.3 and a TRIR below 1, but it was plateauing. Observations showed inconsistent #SafetyPractices, #behaviors, and #culture, along with concerning safety events. To address this, Wavin engaged dss+ for a safety initiative focused on positive management, consistent practices, and leadership skills. In this case study we explain the flexible, three-phase project toolbox with training, coaching, and on-the-job support to enhance #SafetyRituals and address key risks effectively that was jointly developed. https://lnkd.in/dEuV_cvr
