South Africa's celebrated as the world's friendliest nation - no surprise there! The news that we were crowned the "World's Friendliest Nation" by Remitly's survey has put a gigantic smile on my face. This is such a true reflection of who we are—a nation built on warmth and Ubuntu (humanity). South Africa's magic is a beautiful mix. Yes, our landscapes are breathtaking and the wildlife incredible, but it's truly the people that make us special. We're known for our welcoming smiles, willingness to chat with anyone, and ability to bridge language barriers with our eleven official languages. Whatever the reason, this "World's Friendliest Nation" title is an honour and a responsibility. It's a reason to keep spreading our warmth, not just at home but across the globe!
