I'm telling you: Black Friday = 1-2% of total Q4 spending Stop tipping the scales. Start balancing the season ⚖️ .. Here’s why: → Relying on one day burns profits → Traffic spikes don’t = long-term loyalty → Discounts attract deal hunters, not brand fans So what should you do instead? ↴ 1. Plan for profit.
