Gratitude in Action 🙏 As a part of CHRIST University, Pune - Lavasa and being a part of Centre for Counselling and Health Services and with School of Commerce Finance and Accountancy, Today, when I walked into my cabin, the first thing I saw were these little notes from my students. These simple, heartfelt messages are what make my job so meaningful and keep me going. There are three things I’ve noticed that really boost both my students' motivation and mine: 1. Focus on Self-Growth: Watching my students grow and learning new things myself keeps us all moving forward. It’s about improving a little every day, and those small steps add up to big changes. 2. Being Grateful for the Little Things: Sometimes, it’s the small things that make the biggest difference—a kind word, a thank you note, or just knowing that you’ve helped someone. These moments remind me why I love what I do. 3. Faith in God and Love for Others: Believing in something bigger than ourselves and caring for the people around us creates a positive environment where everyone can thrive. It’s about lifting each other up. I’m deeply touched by the thoughtful gestures from our students. Their appreciation gives me the drive to do my best every day, and it’s these small acts of kindness that truly make my work rewarding. #Gratitude #Motivation #Education #ChristUniversity #CommerceDepartment #PersonalGrowth #WorkLifeSatisfaction

So Inspiring J.K Shah ji The Journey of being a Chartered Accountant never been easy, one who goes through multiple emotional setbacks, immense stress, self doubt, intense pressure during the journey, but it worth the time and effort at the end of the day. Becoming a CA is not just about earning a finest Finance degree, it’s testament to one’s Resilience, Unwareing Determination, never giving up attitude Proud to be a Chartered Accountant #CharteredAccountant #NeverGiveUp #Resilience #Determination #ProudCA
I come from a small village in Gujarat, where education was limited, and opportunities were even scarcer. My parents, who never had a formal education, gave everything they had to ensure I could study. When I arrived in Mumbai, I started selling purses at the station just to make ends meet. Those days were tough, but they shaped me. I vividly remember being advised, 'Don’t give up and pursue chartered accountancy!' That moment changed everything for me. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me something valuable: success isn’t about where you start, it’s about the determination to keep moving forward. Every struggle, every setback, has been part of the journey that led me to where I am today. To anyone out there facing hardships, remember that your current situation doesn’t define your future. If I can let my determination win over the hardships, so can you! :) #linkedin #linkedinforcreators #LIVideoIndia #struggle #motivation #inspiration #jkshah

Sometimes nothing is more advanced than the basics, and the more we start practicing our gained knowledge, the more this is emphasized to us. Over the last two years, while persuing economics and polity (a particularly rich blend of it, as it was delivered in our esteemed institute, GIPE), I had this dense longing to land into a place from where I can add an edge of practical sense to the theory I've learnt. I wanted my beginning as a fresh proffesional, to be from a spot where I can get a close view of the ground reality, and could get an opportunity to see those tricky areas, which I otherwise would've barely noticed. Finally, I've been able to secure such a spot, and in the way that I least expected. I'm glad to share this with you all that I've been fortunate to get an opportunity to join the Revenue Dept of the Govt of Maharashtra in a tiny role. With the post being a field-level one, I see it as my chance to go bottom-up, and understand the SOPs thoroughly. Revenue being a key department, the prospect of amassing a valuable experience here, bekons me. Also, I sincerely think that it's no less than a fortune, to be able to become even a small part of the administration of as progressive and efficient a state like Maharashtra. An interesting fact that I noticed during this procedure is that, highly qualified youth from quite diverse backgrounds, is flocking even towards the field level posts today. People from management, statistics, and off course, engineering, are opting for the posts. While there is no doubt about this being indicative of the conditions in the job market; a bright side to it is that the administration is seeing more and more competent people joining in, and this is definitely a good sign in terms of probable efficiency. As fresh officials, we wilI also be taking insights from this exposure combined with our own education and knowledge, to many places further. Well, much happy to share that I've started with my orientation as Village Revenue Officer (VRO) from division Baramati, district Pune.

The walk continued thereafter. The second post. 🌟 Giving back to the society that has given us a name is not just a duty, but a privilege. As professionals, it is our responsibility to enhance our professional stakes to be recognized in the society. I remember when I completed my course in company secretariship, despite coming from a family of lawyers. I took up the challenge to carve a niche for myself and make a mark in the industry. From practicing taxation to being recognized as Authorized Representatives under the Income Tax Act, the journey has been fulfilling. But success is not just about personal achievements. It's about how we can use our success to uplift others and bring about positive change in the society. By conducting symposiums, interacting with students at various colleges, and showcasing the opportunities in the CS profession, we aimed to inspire and empower the next generation of professionals. One such instance was when we organized a symposium at a college, resulting in over 1000 student registrations with no module from the Institute. This was a testament to the impact we could create when we work selflessly and with maturity. The success of the Ranchi chapter and the growth of the profession are a result of our collective efforts in promoting and highlighting the role of CS professionals in the industry. It's about pushing boundaries, breaking stereotypes, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. Let's continue to give back to the society that has nurtured us and support each other in our professional journeys. Together, we can make a difference and leave a lasting impact on the society. #ProfessionalGrowth #GiveBack #SocietyRecognition #CSProfession #Empowerment #SuccessStories 🌟 Remember, it's not just about personal success, but about using that success to elevate others and create a more inclusive and prosperous society. Let's continue to work towards making a positive impact and leaving a legacy that inspires others to do the same.

Any successful business must have a strong focus and a consistent schedule of hard labor. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, an Indian #businessman, founded Naukri. com, the biggest online job marketplace in India. It is amazing and immensely #inspiring to read about this IIM graduate's journey of achievement in building a Rs 59,000 crore business. Sanjeev Bikhchandani, a middle-class man and the son of a doctor, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in #Economics from St Stephen's College in Delhi. In 1984, he started working as an accounts executive at Lintas after receiving his degree. He worked there for three years. In 1987, he left his #job and relocated to Ahmedabad to finish his PGDM. 1989 saw his MBA graduation from IIM Ahmedabad. After earning his MBA, he worked at GlaxoSmithKline as a product executive. He left that position after a year to concentrate on his company idea. At the time, he started his #business out of a small room, with his wife Surabhi in charge of the household. The first company dealt with pharmaceutical trademarks, and the second produced salary reports and surveys. In 1993, he decided to break up with his partner. Sanjeev founded Info Edge in 1995. As Sanjeev has said before, he considers it a blessing that Surabhi had a job at the time and was well-paid. Because Sanjeev worked for years with almost little #money, occasionally taking on two side jobs and teaching to augment his income, the family was able to weather hard times thanks to her compensation. For over six years, the bulk of his professional career was spent working for no pay. Although the wife's income was crucial in the beginning, Bikhchandani's #career took a significant turn in 1997 when he founded the well-known employment site Naukri. Sanjeev's brother paid to get it started on a US server because he didn't have enough money. Ten years later, the #business finally gained significant traction and was listed as India's first dot com corporation. The market value of Info Edge India is now estimated to be around Rs 59,369 crore. #SanjeevBikhchandani is estimated to have a staggering net worth of $2.3 billion (more than Rs 19,000 crore) by Forbes. According to Kotak Private Banking Hurun Leading Wealthy Women list, Surabhi Bikhchandanai's estimated net worth is Rs 920 crore. The business of Bikhchandani also owns other well-known #websites, such as jeevasathi.com, 99acres, and shiksha. It has shares in businesses including Zomato and PolicyBazaar. Furthermore, Sanjeev Bikhchandani was a founding member of Ashoka University, one of the top liberal arts colleges in the country. www.tycoonstory.com #SanjeevBikhchandani #InfoEdge #Entrepreneur #Naukri #IndianStartups #BusinessLeader #TechEntrepreneur #Leadership #StartupIndia #Success #Innovation #BusinessSuccess #ExecutiveLeadership #TechIndustry #DigitalTransformation #Founder #BusinessGrowth #InspirationalLeaders Info Edge India Ltd Kunalrajput Rajput Nandani Sharma Aishwarya Singh
