Founded in 1965, Holster Engineering has a long-standing history of excellence. Initially established as Seally Engineering, the company transitioned ownership when Marty and Bruce acquired it from Dave Holster in October 2003. Holster Engineering operates as a large-capacity general and precision engineering shop. The company specialises in metal spray coatings and metallisation. Recently, Holster Engineering has embraced innovation by introducing New Zealand's first six-kilowatt laser cladding machine, which is larger and more advanced to cater to the country's demands. This strategic enhancement aligns with their commitment to maintaining global standards in coating technologies. The engineering workshop is well-equipped to handle both large and medium-scale precision engineering projects. Holster Engineering's expertise extends to a variety of welding procedures and a wide range of metal spray applications. Their comprehensive fabrication and manufacturing programs cater to diverse engineering needs, ensuring high-quality output for their clients. Holster Engineering prides itself on a stable and friendly work environment. Tokoroa is noted for its community spirit and favourable business environment. The company's low staff turnover is a testament to this, with many employees dedicating decades to the company—some with tenures as long as 50 years. This longevity highlights Holster Engineering as a desirable workplace within a supportive town 💙✨

Over the past few months, Plant Construction Company, LP, Perkins&Will, Holmes US, Page & Turnbull, Bigge Crane and Rigging Co., Bayview Services Inc., and Pullman Services have turned close collaboration into reality. The team successfully erected the construction personnel hoist (CPH), made structural connections, and fabricated portals that enable work to begin within University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings)'s 100 McAllister building in San Francisco's Academic Village. The CPH ultimately preserves the century-old landmark's historic fabric while allowing for expedited installation, ensuring the existing interior elevators could be decommissioned on schedule. This video highlights its installation process.

What we focused on during the product development - SpacerCone has several advantages which might revolutionize the construction industry because it makes the followings possible: - Concrete spacing (between formwork and lower mesh)📏 - Distancing between the lower and upper rebar 🛠️ - Indicating slab thickness 🏗️ - No leveling needed 🔍 - Fewer geodesy markings after concreting⏱️ - Faster ironwork⚡ - Support for the placement of internal partition walls🧱 - Concreting of inclined structures without formwork🔄 - Acceptance of mechanical pipe conduits 🛠️ These advanteges reduce implementation time, labour costs contributing to more efficient and economical constructions. 💰 What is your opinion about the system? Feel free to share your opinions/thoughts so that we can be better.
