This year has been very exciting for us at #HELLA_eMobionics in short #HMO Our innovative team of 2 and 3 wheeler products within #FORVIAHELLA group. Our goal is always to achieve #TotalCustomerSatisfaction through #Robust Products. By robust we mean not only #reliable but #sustainable. We use proactive quality management to enhance customer delight and reduce internal waste. Our efforts were recently acknowledged. Within less than one year of commencing our plant operations, we achieved our letter of conformance for IATF 16949 for plant as well as D&D. We are already able to assess our software development with ASPICE benchmarks and product development using VDA norms. Our products always meet and exceed international standards and most stringent homologation requirements. Thus, we are well on our way to achieve compliance to regulations and standards. But, at HMO, we have always focused on performance in a lean, fast-paced, agile way. We have introduced rigorous testing and continuous improvement in our product development. Initially, we all were skeptical, but our commitment to customer and focus on product performance has been unwavering. This kept us focused on the pathway to success. We have also invested in training which is yielding results. Be it simulations or FMEAs or calculations; our product engineers always use the proactive approach. Recently we recognized our champions during the FORVIA HELLA Annual Awards. I am reminded of all these achievements as we celebrate #WorldQualityWeek at #FORVIA World Quality Day is celebrated annually on the second Thursday of November. It was established in 1990 by the United Nations to raise awareness about the importance of quality in various sectors1. The day is dedicated to promoting excellence in quality management. Each year, World Quality Day has a different theme to highlight various aspects of quality. For example, past themes have included “Sustainability” and "Creating Customer Value" etc. This year’s theme is “Quality: from compliance to performance,” emphasizing the transition from merely meeting standards to achieving high performance through continuous improvement. As you would agree, Quality is much more than complying with standards and regulations. Above all, it is meeting or exceeding what customer wants, be it in our products or the way we transact with our customers in our business. For us in #HELLAeMobionics; this is all the more important that we stay focused on #performance and exceed the expectations from our customers. As we march onwards, our focus on quality will not only improve our performance but also transform our culture. We will prove that customer satisfaction and product performance is the cornerstone of success. At the group level also we are celebrating World Quality Week, and we have a very inspiring message from Group CEO Mr Patrick Koller on Intranet. This Quality Day let us re-dedicate ourselves to #CustomerFirst and #Compliance2Performance #
