The IQAX eBL Platform successfully sent the first eBL issued by Hapag-Lloyd AG to The Topocean Group , a significant milestone in the growing recognition and adoption of IQAX eBL within the international shipping industry. Eric Wang, the Director of Fujian & Guangdong Province at Topocean Group, said: "Topocean Group is actively involved in the digitalization of shipping. In the past, we had to process B/Ls from multiple carriers through different channels, a labor-intensive and resource-intensive process. With IQAX eBL, we can now manage eBLs from multiple carriers in one platform. This optimizes the handling of bills of lading, reduces the required time and manpower, and improves overall efficiency in handling bills of lading. We had a unique #opportunity to participate in the repositioning of our #client’s #vessel, whose cargo we were responsible for forwarding and agency management, between loading terminals. Such an operation is not a common occurrence, as our team members – #freight #forwarders – usually accompany vessels from the shore or monitor the process via computer screens. The journey began at the Malkų įlankos terminalas, UAB, where the #bulk vessel started loading #grain. But halfway through the operation, it was repositioned to the Klaipėdos konteinerių terminalas. "Experiences like these help us #grow as a #team, enhance our #expertise, and ensure that our solutions are of the highest quality," says our CEO Žilvinas Urbonas.
