Are you watching the Olympics? What’s your favorite Olympics sport to watch?
For me, it’s swimming
But when it comes to Olympics-related movies, I’ll take a winter one any day, namely Miracle
The story of the scrappy American hockey team beating the Russians in 1980 is something I can watch again and again
Interestingly, very few of the men who portrayed the hockey players had much acting experience, if any at all, before filming
That’s because the director figured that the demands of skating and stickhandling were far greater than those of acting
He therefore mostly cast young men with real ice hockey experience
In other words, he went with the people who had the particular expertise for what he needed done
Which is what you should do if you’re an executor or trustee
Let’s face it, if you’re filling that role, you’re probably dealing with a lot of things, like your work and family, not to mention your grief if the deceased was someone near and dear to you
Some estates and trusts are relatively straightforward but others have twists and turns beyond your abilities or sphere of knowledge
There’s no shame in calling an expert to help you out, whether it’s a realtor to sell a house, an auctioneer to get top dollar for valuables, or a private investigator to find missing heirs or inheritance assets
By the way, I happen to know plenty of people to fill those roles, especially the PI one
Seriously, you don’t have to go it alone
Anyway, are you watching the Olympics? What’s your favorite Olympics sport to watch?
