While we celebrate Al-Ahly’s recent victory, it’s crucial to discuss why this club is a model of great management. Al-Ahly’s success is a testament to exceptional leadership and a robust organizational structure, with Mahmoud Al-Khatib at the helm, extending its influence globally. Al-Ahly’s greatness isn’t just self-proclaimed. The club exemplifies Egypt’s soft power in sports, showcasing how strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence lead to sustained success. This should be extended across to multiple other industries. Without Al-Ahly’s presence in the past 20 years, Egyptian sports might have faced significant challenges. The true genius of Al-Ahly lies in its marketing ability of being universally acknowledged as a beacon of success. #Leadership #SportsManagement #AlAhly #EgyptianFootball #Inspiration #Excellence

Thank You Lagos Leadership Summit. It’s incredible speaking to youths, Governor of Lagos State, Deputy Governor, Former Minister of works and other Presidential dignitaries. My main point was “start seeing persons with disabilities as contributors to society rather than receivers”. This perception will lead to a co-creation of shared vision to foster an inclusive environment. Congratulations to the first cohort of Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy who will be traveling to India after their leadership program. #disabity Osayi Alile Tosin Eniolorunda

In the heart of one of the most spiritually significant and densely crowded places in the world, the Holy Mosque, on the 27th night of Ramadan, a remarkable display of true leadership and integrity unfolded. Amongst over two million worshippers gathered for prayers and reflection, there was an individual whose presence signified more than just participation – the Minister of Hajj in Saudi Arabia, HE tawfeeq alrabiah .In an environment where the sheer scale of the congregation could easily overshadow individual actions, the Minister's approach was nothing short of extraordinary. Instead of overseeing from a distance, he chose to be at the forefront, navigating through the crowds, ensuring everything was in order. With a keen eye, he took notes on areas of improvement, demonstrating a hands-on approach to leadership that is as rare as it is commendable. This act is a profound reminder of the essence of true leadership – it's not about titles or the confines of an office; it's about being on the ground, amidst the challenges, showing commitment and dedication. The Minister's actions on one of the busiest nights of the year exemplify a leadership style rooted in humility, responsibility, and an unwavering commitment to service. As professionals, we often find ourselves caught up in the day-to-day complexities of our roles. Yet, here lies a powerful lesson in leadership from an unexpected moment and place – it's about being present, engaged, and always looking for ways to improve, no matter the scale of your responsibilities. #Leadership #Integrity #ProfessionalExcellence
