**Microsoft Blames Delta's "Ancient Tech" for Service Meltdown** Microsoft has publicly criticized Delta Air Lines, stating that their outdated technology was the primary cause of a recent service meltdown. The issue occurred on July 22, causing widespread disruptions to Delta's IT systems, affecting customer service, baggage handling, and flight operations. Microsoft, who provides technology services to Delta, claims that the airline's "ancient tech" was unable to keep up with the demand, leading to the outage.
