We now have a move-in date confirmed for the 20th of June, so there’s a busy few weeks ahead to get everything completed in time. It’s great to see the joinery started and the doors etc going on. The Three Guineas is a Grade II listed building designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel. It was built in 1840, initially to serve as the central railway ticket office. Today, it houses a pub at the train station. Owner Fuller’s commissioned Thomann-Hanry® to carry out works of restoration to the façade and redecoration of all timber work including leadwork to the severely decayed clock tower. Due to location of the clock tower, and the length of time the job would require, it is one of the few times where we recommended the use of scaffolding.
