Challenges with ReKYC Process and Frozen Account: Seeking Resolution My account, numbered 55550100725371, has been frozen due to pending ReKYC. Despite following the app's instructions and sending 'KYC Y' to 9008915353 multiple times before the deadline, there was no response. After contacting customer care they provided me with a link to Federal Bank's Fed e-point (https://lnkd.in/gJgXMgKQ), where I'm  supposed to upload signed documents to complete the ReKYC process. However, I've faced continual issues trying to upload documents and update my KYC on the site, as it fails to function correctly, preventing me from completing the necessary steps. Numerous complaints have been lodged via the app, emails, and social media regarding the website's malfunctioning, accompanied by a video (https://lnkd.in/gU89miD7 PROBLEM VIDEO) demonstrating the issue. Despite this, the assistance I've received has been inadequate. The typical response is an assurance that the issue has been escalated to a high priority team, followed by a request for patience until an update is provided. Regrettably, it's been over a month without an update, and I remain unable to access my funds.

We are all made up of people we have met, books we have read, experiences we have had... and this event profoundly impacted me. I still talk about how women are affected by their periods - in fact I now teach young girls about their periods - and why women must work with their natural cycles, not against them. I often explain what I learned about the difference between boys and girls from birth and how this leads to women being the communicators, negotiators and peacekeepers.
