Here’s to the little Guy/girl🏡 This was our first sale as a new agency. On the market for 3 years (yes 36 months) with so called “market leaders”. I plucked up the courage and offered my services to the seller who was abroad. We had never met but clicked instantly. Her faith in us paid off and within 6 weeks of listing we had a secured deal at a good price. How come the so called bigger agencies couldnt sell it?
