𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑩𝒊𝒈 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 About a few months ago, I started to ask myself what makes this year 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘪𝘨 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳. In my head, Big Year meant traveling around, making 7 figures, being on big stages of course still making impact. Not like it isn't that, after all, my big year doesn't really end till March 21st, 2025, when I'd be crossing over into another calendar age but it was much deeper. ❔️𝘎𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳?! ❔️𝘎𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘫𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴?! Yes you guessed ✅️ 2024 taught me that the measure of Big is not only in the location of and the activities that make you feel so. 𝐀𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 12 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 • 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞. • 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫. • 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞. • 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫. • 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫. • 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭. It's funny to me that these are the first things that come to mind, but of course, they are more. Shout out to 𝐆𝐲𝐧𝐢𝐱 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 for the amazing collaboration we had in 2024. 2025 is the year we publish and do more. The Big Year continues. It's not the year in itself that is big. It's the person who becomes more conscious of who they are and what they can do. Happy New Year, My LinkedIn Fam. In 2024, we did big things... In 2025, we do and become a thousand times more.

Today I finished a rotation at ECU Health Medical Center as I work towards my AuD. Here are a few things I learned: 1. A work environment focused on support and collaboration is a gold mine. 2. Getting to know someone’s story is never a waste of time. 3. Patient retention begins with putting meaning behind someone’s name. 4. We can become a child’s advocate by ensuring that parents/care takers not only hear, but internalize their child’s results and the potential impacts they may have. 5. Time invested in learning best practices can prevent disagreements and headaches in the future.

Automation taken to another level: www.rmote.health Revolutionising Primary NHS Care with Patient-Led Automation 🌟🚀 In today's digital age, the power of automation is transforming industries across the board. But what if I told you that the next big leap in healthcare could come from patient-led automation? 🤖💡 Imagine a world where an app, designed by and for patients, could streamline primary NHS care, making it more efficient and patient-centric. Here’s how this innovation can make a difference: 🌍 Empowering Patients: By using a patient-led app, individuals can take charge of their health journey. They can book appointments, access medical records, and even receive personalised health advice at their fingertips. ⌛ Reducing Waiting Times: Automation in primary NHS care can cut down on administrative tasks, allowing healthcare professionals to focus on what truly matters – patient care. Fewer delays mean faster treatments and better outcomes! 📊 Improving Data Accuracy: With automated data entry and management, the likelihood of errors decreases. This ensures that healthcare providers have accurate, up-to-date information to make informed decisions. 🔄 Enhancing Continuity of Care: An integrated app can seamlessly connect patients with multiple healthcare providers, ensuring that their care is consistent and well-coordinated, no matter where they are. 💬 Facilitating Communication: Automated reminders, notifications, and messaging through the app can keep patients informed and engaged, leading to higher adherence to treatment plans and follow-up appointments. This isn't just a tech upgrade; it's a paradigm shift. Patient-led automation isn’t about replacing the human touch – it's about enhancing it, making primary NHS care more responsive and personalised. Let’s embrace the potential of automation to build a healthcare system that listens, learns, and leads with the patient at its heart. ❤️🔧 #HealthcareInnovation #NHSCare #PatientLed #Automation #DigitalHealth #HealthcareRevolution #PrimaryCare #PatientCentric Would you like more information on how patient-led apps can revolutionise healthcare? Ever wondered what lawyers and doctors have in common? 🤔 : 1. Precision is Key: Doctors have precision with scalpels, lawyers with words. Both can leave a lasting impact! 2. Consultation Fees: Both charge for their time, and somehow, it always feels like a fortune. 3. Specialized Jargon: Doctors have medical terms, lawyers have legalese. Either way, you’ll need Google to understand! 4. Emergency Calls: Midnight calls? Doctors handle medical crises, lawyers handle legal emergencies. Sleep is a luxury for both! 5. Mysterious Prescriptions: Doctors prescribe medicines, lawyers prescribe contracts. Good luck deciphering either without help! 6. Life-Savers: One saves lives, the other saves…well, your life’s work, sometimes! 😉 Next time you’re in need, remember: a lawyer and a doctor are more alike than you think. Both are essential, both are skilled, and both have a knack for giving you heart palpitations—albeit for different reasons! #Lawyers #Doctors #Humor #LifeOfAProfessional
