Yesterday, we marked the special occasion of Yomari Punhi at Lekali Dog Chew Nepal with delicious Yomari made by our colleague Alisha Maharjan and some light snacks prepared by Maya didi. As part of the celebration, we also had a sharing session to reflect on the cultural significance of this festival.
Yomari Punhi, rooted in Nepali tradition, celebrates the full moon and the harvest season - a time to express gratitude and enjoy the fruits of hard work. For us, it was a great opportunity to bond as a team, appreciate our rich heritage and share stories of how this festival is celebrated across different communities.
