According to Blockworks, **Flyfish Club**, an NFT-only private dining club, has reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) over regulatory violations. As part of the settlement, Flyfish Club must pay a **$750,000** fine, destroy all Flyfish NFTs it holds by **September 26**, and cease paying royalties on secondary market NFT sales. Between **2021 and 2022**, Flyfish Club sold memberships as NFTs before the club was built, with prices ranging from **2.5 ETH to 4.25 ETH**. Approximately **1,600 NFTs** were traded, generating about **$14.8 million** in revenue, which funded the club's construction in Manhattan. The SEC noted that NFT purchasers were led to believe they could expect revenue generation from the restaurant's construction and operation 🍽️💰.

Today is A level exam result day in the UK. This will bring stress and anxiety to a lot of young adults. We can reach out and help young people by providing a listening ear, guidance and finding that diamond within everyone worth polishing and shining. Suicide has affected and impacted my life. I have lost close family and friends to feeling like there's no way out. There is always a way out. Today, tensions and stress will be heightened. Be aware, be kind and be supportive of the people who are around you. Exam results do not define us. We are more than numbers and letters on a piece of paper.
