I asked ChatGPT, "Based on what you know about me, draw a picture of what you think my current life looks like." This is what it provided. I found it interesting that the AI depicted me as a white man. I was also surprised by the accuracy of some of the other components: surrounded by books 📚, plants 🪴 (even the lone rose🌹), and even rocks 🪨; heavily focused on higher education 🎓, People Development, and the broader People and Talent; resilience 🧘♀️; and summit planning and support. AI appeared to understand some things about me while completely missing other things, likely based on what I have fed it. This got me thinking about a broader take on this question: What’s one thing you think AI wouldn’t understand about your life? I asked ChatGPT, "Based on what you know about me, draw a photo of what you think my life currently looks like?" Down to the MBA, clients, books, laptop, large schedule, and luggage. This honestly is what my life looks like. 😅 Minus the Coke bottle, 2 mugs of coffee is also on point. I also own 2 guitars - not sure how ChatGPT knows this. Ah, so amusing. I have already begin customizing most of my trainings to include an element of AI. An old school meets new school take on softskills learning and development. The feedback has been amazing.
