Released under the banner of Kalki, the song is a melodic tribute to the legendary Lata Mangeshkar, celebrating the spirit of youth and womanhood. The song, produced in partnership with Kalki® and Purple Music India, pays homage to Lata Mangeshkar, often regarded as the ‘Goddess’ of music, resonating with youth, empowerment, and timeless melodies. The music video, directed by Amrish Shah—who also co-wrote Don 2—intertwines themes of love, melody, and youthful energy. Amrish, who had a personal connection with Lata Mangeshkar as her former neighbor, infused his love and appreciation for music into the production. The video also features Bharat Natyam dancer Shambhavi Shreyashi from Patna, whose graceful expressions beautifully bring the song’s essence to life. Amrish Shah, in his dual role as producer and actor, pays homage not only to his Bollywood roots—celebrating his success with Don 2—but also to the empowerment and resilience of women, central themes in all his projects. Maan Jao Na is a testament to the transformative power of music and its timeless ability to ignite the spirit of youth. Amrish Shah on ‘Maan Jao Na’ “When Deepa approached me with this song, it brought back memories of my interactions with Lataji at Western Outdoor Studio. The emotions came flooding in, inspiring me to produce and act in this music video,” said Amrish Shah. “This project is my tribute to Shahrukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra post- Don 2. Instead of approaching Shahrukh for this video, I decided to step in front of the camera myself to celebrate music, youth, and the undying spirit of cinema.” Celebrating Women’s Empowerment Supermind Studio’s mission, WE: Women Empowered, is central to the storytelling of Maan Jao Na. Shambhavi Shreyashi’s portrayal of the ‘Shringara Rasa’—symbolizing beauty and attraction—and the song’s tribute to the resilience of women serve as a powerful narrative of female empowerment. For those seeking to rediscover their inner youth and connect with the universal language of music, Maan Jao Na is a must-watch. This vibrant song is a reminder that music transcends time, and youth can always be reignited through melody. Song Title: Maan Jao Na Singer: Deepa

Alright founders, let’s talk about building something with depth and staying power. There’s a big difference between making noise and building something people care about. You want a brand that lasts? Lean in. First, get obsessed with your product. Not just “like it” or “work on it”—I mean get relentless. Make it so good that people can’t help but take notice. There’s no shortcut for quality, and those viral stunts fade. But if you build something so good it keeps people talking, you’re already ahead. Next, own your customer experience. You’re in charge of every touchpoint. If you treat customers like they’re just another click, that’s all they’ll ever be. Instead, treat them like insiders, like they’re in on something unique that only you can give them. Give them a reason to stick around beyond the product—something that feels like it’s worth being a part of. And here’s the game-changer: focus on building a real community. A customer base might help you meet your metrics, but a true community? That’s a fortress around your brand. No gimmicks—just shared values, a feeling of connection, a reason to be loyal beyond the product. That’s what turns regulars into lifelong fans who keep coming back and bring others with them. Here’s the takeaway: don’t rush to be seen everywhere. Instead, invest in creating something with meaning. Make people want to be a part of it. And that’s where real growth starts—one person at a time, fueled by something they genuinely believe in. And tonight’s little inspiration? It’s a nod to #Phish—a band that did it all without leaning on anyone else’s playbook. They built a lasting presence through quality, experience, and loyalty. That’s a blueprint for any founder who’s in this for the long haul. #Founders #FounderJourney #Entrepreneurship #Startups #Growth #Success #BrandBuilding #MotivationToKeepGoing #PhishTales #BusinessOfPhish #StartupGrowth #Scaling #StartupGrind #startups

A musical composer and a startup founder were conversing over a cup of coffee. The composer says, "Can you imagine? Classical music only has 12 notes. Yet, through centuries, we managed to create over 1,300 musical genres and thousands of subgenres within that. So many melodies, only from those 12 musical notes. Isn't that crazy?" "......so it's just like running a startup with minimal VC funding?" "...well" "...it is, isn't it?" #funding #startup #entrepreneur #innovation #vcfunding #venturecapital #resources #startupculture

Entrepreneurship Education is often misunderstood and there are numerous misconceptions about what it is and what it does. Hence this week’s Royal Northern College of Music case is important for several reasons. First it demonstrates that entrepreneurship is not just about small firms. Often entrepreneurship and SMEs are believed to be synonymous. They are not necessarily. Not all small firms are entrepreneurial and while firms often do lose their entrepreneurial drive as they grow, large firms can be entrepreneurial also. Second, entrepreneurship is often equated with new venture creation – entrepreneurs are believed to be people who own their own business. Again, this is not necessarily the case. While many entrepreneurs do create new business ventures, entrepreneurship is about finding creative solutions to problems, about seeing opportunities and bringing them to fruition, in the process initiating change. So entrepreneurs can work for others as well as themselves and may be found in the for profit and not for profit sectors. Third, in Education it is often believed that entrepreneurship is not for everyone, just those who are interested in business or new venture creation. Again, this is not the case. Entrepreneurship Education is important for all students and young people as the case demonstrates. While it can assist those who want to start their own business Its primary objective is to equip them with a mindset and set of competences that enable them to think and behave entrepreneurially, so that they can innovate and bring about change. Fourth, for students to become proficient entrepreneurially, they need to learn not just the theory but how to apply it - they need to practise as the music students do and learn experientially under the supervision of coaches and mentors. Passive learning and rote memorisation in order to pass the traditional unseen examination are not sufficient. Fifth, we cannot expect our students to be entrepreneurial if their educators, and the institutions in which they are being educated, are not entrepreneurial. Entrepreneurship has to permeate the whole institution. Finally the case demonstrates that entrepreneurship needs to be meaningful and to address the sustainability challenge by creating new ideas that have environmental and human or social value as well as contributing to prosperity and enrichment. Ideas that ensure, as Harmonious Entrepreneurship does, that profit, planet and people are in harmony with each other. We congratulate RNCM on its harmonious achievements to date and wish it continued success. #Entrepreneurship #Sustainability #Harmony #ICSB #ECSB #ISBE #EEUK #HEInnovate #UN #UNESCO #OECD #ACEEU #THE #NCEE
