My brain is cleaned bold by this ad too. As a marketing enthusiast, I have been curious and confused after watching this ad during #RCBvsCSK I was just what...??? really!!! I could be wrong so I am appealing to marketing experts and my LinkedIn friends to please make me understand the message/context behind this ad. As per my knowledge, advertising is a way of communication for brands. (Google also says the same: "An advertisement is a paid communication that promotes a product, service, brand, or event.") Do they want to position Sporto as a mood booster or a Women's Magnet? If they wanted to show the boy as rich and the girl as a gold-digger, Sporto (by Macho) is surely not in the premium segment I couldn't understand the message, values, or anything else the brand wanted to communicate. #Sporto / #Macho / #Amul (JG Hosiery Pvt. One of my proud special skill is Audit. I’ve been helping my students with their campaigns by letting them send me their creatives/and copy and lastly targeting. And i am happy to say that mostly first audit palang nababago na ang takbo ng campaign nila. From “maraming inquiries pero di qualified “ To “24M workables 4.7M closed deal” after re strategizing! ✅ Its not always about targeting. There is more to just the target. its who you attract by how you convey your message ✅try to analyze your market’s reaction and take a step back on what triggers / attract these unqualified leads on what you’ve put out there. ✅ New set of strategy this year is about to rise we the REAP will make sure we are one step ahead of our competitors. Andaming bago. Reap 1 is super different to reap 5 (if i ever put out this year) Febuary palang. But im super excited of whats about to come. 🙂

Starting Over Is Not Easy 💥 I started managing a team recently A sales team. The first four weeks were great, incredible I must say. We ticked off all the boxes. When the month ended, there as a misunderstanding, a communication gap. I had passed across a message that was to be given to every member because not everyone was around. When the message got delivered, some parts were left remaining. This brought the communication glitch Do you know what happened? This seemingly little " misunderstanding" scattered the whole team. I had to start afresh. It was discouraging because starting all over is not always easy. At some point, I felt like pulling the plug Anyway, I reminded myself that challenged are experiences that shape us. We are to learn from them. 📍I decided to pick my lessons and this time, ensure every thing I wanted communicated got to every member of the team and was understood. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows 🫠 Not all experiential campaigns go to plan, and that’s completely normal. Whether it’s a technical issue, unexpected weather, or low footfall, things can and do go wrong. What matters most isn’t the problem itself but how you handle it. Yesterday went a little like this… ❌ we turned up for our first event to be told that we didn’t have our space that we booked months ago. Even after multiple checks, they still got it wrong. Luckily we managed to move a car and sort the problem so we could still activate 🔧 the branded hire vehicle decided it didn’t want to drive so we had to push it into position, on a hill, on a busy through road. RAC then had to come and fix the issue, mid campaign 🔑 the van’s delivery driver then lost his keys so couldn’t move his van which was blocking the space we were planning on using 🤦🏼♂️ you couldn’t write it In the world of experiential marketing, unpredictability is part of the game. The key to overcoming these challenges lies in being flexible, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented. Have backup plans, keep communication open with your team, and stay calm in the face of adversity. Here’s to another 3 weeks of freshers 😂

Running an influencer marketing agency is difficult! It comes with its share of challenges. Often, after closing a deal, we encounter changes to the initial brief. These can range from adjustments in deliverables, creative ideas, and communication strategies, to shifts in timelines. Though it can be frustrating, it is an inevitable aspect of the industry and the only way forward is to assess each situation on its merits and find workable solutions. One thing I tell my team is that staying focused and calm under pressure is crucial. Losing your composure can derail execution, but maintaining a level head allows you to turn an adverse situation into an opportunity. I've been fortunate to have a team that has consistently risen to the occasion, tackling these hurdles with utmost zeal. Expecting someone to juggle social media management, graphic design, WordPress, SEO, and even coding—and all for peanuts—is not realistic.
