Just returned from Thailand—my third business trip this month—and I’m filled with gratitude as I reflect on GaragePlug’s journey this year. It’s been a humbling experience of growth, learning, and collaboration, and I’m truly thankful to everyone who has guided and supported us along the way. We’ve been fortunate to welcome new global automotive service enterprise customers into our GaragePlug family, and it’s been inspiring to watch our Connected Operations Platform make a difference. By focusing on connecting nine critical stages of service centre operations, we're able to seamlessly link end customers, service centres, and head offices—shaping #AutoService2.0. Watching this vision resonate across diverse markets has been both humbling and energizing. We’ve also been looking inward, investing in leadership training with external coaches to foster a collaborative and innovation-oriented team culture. It’s also a privilege to have been selected for the SaaSBoomi SGX program, where SaaS leaders like Vengat Krishnaraj, Yash Shah, and Deepti Prasad generously helped us refine our strategies and business growth plans over a three-month mentorship period. One of the year’s most fulfilling highlights is the growth of AutoPulse, a community initiative by GaragePlug's Magazine. What began as a simple idea has evolved into a vibrant community resource, culminating in reaching the 4th volume and in-person executive events where auto service industry leaders exchange challenges and solutions. In just the past three months, we’ve been able to benchmark 40+ automotive service brands as part of the AutoPulse initiative, and the learning has been immeasurable. None of this would be possible without my incredible co-founders, Rohit Bhatnagar (CTO) and Ashish Shrivastav (COO), whose constant support and shared vision inspire me every day. I’m equally grateful to the entire GaragePlug team, whose passion and resilience turn obstacles into opportunities for growth. As 2024 comes to a close, my heart is full of appreciation for everyone who has believed in us—our customers, partners, and supporters. Thank you for standing by us and being part of our story.
