On International Women's Day, let's celebrate the amazing, smart, resilient women who make our clothing. Too often, the people who make our clothes are also the lowest paid. This is unacceptable. As an industry, we need to do better. We need to work together to ensure that the women who make our clothes are treated fairly and paid a living wage. We also need to do more to promote diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry. Women of all backgrounds deserve to have a seat at the table and to be represented in all levels of the industry. On this International Women's Day, let's pledge to work towards a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive fashion industry. #IWD #Equality #DiversityAndInclusion
