And it is 100% due to the fact that each is us is willing to open up, learn, and grow during these sessions. Day 2 of our Nashville retreat began with a breathing exercise with Kacey Cardin, PCC. And from there the experience was nothing short of transformative. Kacey, a leadership coach with a gift for breaking through barriers to create soul-filled leaders, led us through a journey where we laughed, we cried, and connected with on a whole new level. We learned more about each other than ever before, strengthening our bonds and reigniting our energy as a team. Being entirely remote, this is an integral part of our retreat, so when we are apart through the year, we can channel these moments to feel connected and aligned.
