It highlights the impact of the abuse people have experienced and the journeys they have shared with our teams and services. It showcases the collaborative work we have done with partners and other organisations to create change and ensure every voice is heard. This report details the campaigns and projects we have launched to increase awareness, create change, and provide support in new ways, ensuring everyone can get the help they deserve. Our charity partners, who have supported our teams, helped us reach their customers, increased awareness, and raised money to provide this vital support, explain why they chose to support us. We are grateful to our commissioners and funders who have trusted us to operate these services and provided funding to support the growing number of people reaching out for help. We also thank the volunteers and fundraisers who have dedicated their time to support those in need and raise money to ensure we can continue this work and adapt to the increasing demand for support.
