Huge wholesale real estate tip today. So if you're going to an in person appointment, first of all, make sure that about an hour out that you call to make sure that you're confirming the appointment that they're going to be there, everything like that. And also say that you were about an hour to an hour and a half away and you might have to drop your child off at daycare to come see this house. Why are you saying that? Because if someone is screwing with you XYZ, they're no longer going to waste your time all the times. What will happen is some will be screwing with you on the phone. You go there. Why waste your time? They're happy but almost no one is going to screw with you, make you drive an hour and a half away, drop your kid off XYZ. You don't actually have a kid at daycare and go see the house so hey, huge appointment may save you tons of ******* time.
