The most common mistake I'm seeing new brands make is vastly underestimating just how consistent you have to be to break through the noise. I don't care what kind of budget you have to work with. Customers have 200 other chirping sirens battling for their attention every day. Drop the 90 options. Drop the 20 color varieties. Drop the 17 service packages. Consistent. Visual. And. Emotional. Impact. What do you do better than everyone else in the world? What story do you tell better than anyone else in the world? What big idea gets you out of bed with more fire than anyone else in the world? What's the emotional impact you want to leave on the world?
